Rental fee: depends on season and day of week. Pricing ranges from $1000 - $2500.

Food and Beverage minimum is dependent on season and day of week.

$1000 rental fee and a $1,500 food/Bev min.

Total: $2500

Peak season: May 1 - Oct. 31

Weekday rental $2000 and $2500 minimum food and beverage. Total $4,500.

We do not rent out the clam bar on weekends.

Reservations are 4 hours. Prices change if we stay past the agreed upon time. The hourly rate ranges from 250 per hour to 625 depending on the day/season.
